🌸 Sobre Lila Gem

Hace apenas unas semanas comencé mi camino en el desarrollo de videojuegos. Lila Gem es el resultado de ese primer esfuerzo: aprender a usar el motor de juego, comprender un nuevo lenguaje de programación y, sobre todo, entrar en el proceso de a transformar ideas en algo jugable.

Al mirar en retrospectiva, reconozco que hay muchísimo por mejorar, pero también me emociona pensar que este es el punto de partida. Espero que, con el tiempo, pueda volver a este proyecto y sonreír al recordar dónde comenzó todo.

En cuanto al proceso creativo, puedo decir que es un reflejo de mi inconsciente. Mientras mi mente estaba centrada en la lógica del código, fue mi inconsciente el que se encargó de materializarlo en esa ave, que es una ninfa cacatua, pero seguro si su dueña.

Just a few weeks ago, I began my journey into game development. Lila Gem is the result of that very first effort: learning how to use a game engine, understanding a new programming language, and most importantly, diving into the process of turning ideas into something playable.

Looking back, I know there’s still so much to improve — but I’m also excited to think that this is just the beginning. I hope that one day, I’ll revisit this project and smile, remembering where it all started.

As for the creative process, I’d say it’s a reflection of my subconscious. While my mind was focused on writing code, it was my imagination that brought to life the little bird — a cockatiel nymph, but clould be her owner.
